I called powerhouse in the morning and our generator was repaired before the end of the same day! Very lovely, friendly receptionist and Mitch, the owner, came out to the house to do the repairs himself. Couldn’t have been nicer and so very efficient. We are pleased beyond words! Thank you and we will know who to call the next time our generator needs some TLC.

We just had a Briggs & Stratton generator installed by Powerhouse on Dec. 16, 2024 and we have been so impressed with our experience from the beginning to the end with this company!!! Mitch and Tracey are beyond amazing when it comes to customer service. They go above and beyond which has been lacking in this world today! Mitch called back right away if and when we had any questions and Tracey did the same. They were very thorough in explaining everything that was or needed to happen and the contract was the same. The whole process went like a Well Oiled Machine! Everything happened on time. The Electricians and installers were some of the hardest working men I have seen in a long time. We were impressed with the whole operation. I can"t say enough good things about Powerhouse, Mitch and Tracey! Do yourself a favor and call them if you are in need of a Whole House Generator. I called Powerhouse generators - I saw they serviced my area ( Ray Twp ) ! Talked to Tracy - she answered all my questions & was so helpful! - she said Dave would get back to me in a few days . 2 hrs later Dave was here - fixing my generator! . We did need a new battery ( ours was old ) the owner ( Mitch ) came out next day. We are all up & running! I cannot say enough about this company- Hard working- professionals- Great People!!! What a great company! My neighborhood has frequent power outages so I bought a gas powered portable generator and had it hard wired to my house fuse box. I know that sounds like a done deal and a happy ending. When power would go out, my wife and I had to pull the generator outside, gas it up and start it up. If it was raining, I had to tie an umbrella on it. If it was snowing, I had it shovel a spot to set it up. Of course, most of the time, the power would come back on after an hour or two so then I had to unplug it, wheel it back into the garage and drain the gas out. After a few medical problems and age becoming an issue, I knew I couldn’t continue with this routine and my wife could not do it by herself. After much research, I contacted Powerhouse. The owner, Mitch responded very quickly and set up an inspection of my house the same day for an analysis. I was immediately impressed with his engineering and product knowledge. He took into account the type of generator needed and the optimal location so it would functionally and aesthetically meet my need. My Briggs & Stratton has performed perfectly for at least 3 interruptions since its installation 9 months ago. I highly recommend Mitch and Powerhouse Generators.
